I am a warm and compassionate psychologist passionate about helping children, adolescents and young adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. I have experience supporting young people experiencing a range of mental health, behavioural and emotional difficulties, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered.
I have worked across specialist public mental health and forensic services, including Justice Health NSW, the Adolescent Forensic Mental Health Service, and Queensland Health. Throughout my career, I have supported young people experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, substance use, family challenges and other complex mental health presentations. This experience has strengthened my skills in comprehensive psychological assessment, case formulation and evidence-based intervention.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with clients, families, schools and other professionals to ensure care is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I have completed advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy, trauma-informed practice, autism, and working with children and adolescents presenting with complex behavioural and emotional needs.
I am currently completing my post-registration Master of Clinical Psychology and am also an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, reflecting my commitment to ongoing professional development and providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
