I am a Provisional Psychologist completing my Master of Clinical Psychology at Flinders University, expected to graduate in 2025. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Macquarie University and an Honours degree in Psychological Science (First Class) from Flinders University.
I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where people feel truly heard and understood. I have experience providing both individual and group therapy in private practice, university, and hospital settings, and I feel genuinely privileged to support people through meaningful moments in their lives. I bring warmth, compassion, and curiosity to my work, and I enjoy walking alongside individuals as they explore their experiences, strengths, and the changes they hope to make.
My therapeutic style is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches. I tailor each session to what you need, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while integrating other techniques when helpful. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools you can carry into everyday life.
I have experience supporting people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety (such as worry, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, and specific phobias), low mood, eating disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, and relationship or interpersonal challenges. No matter what you’re seeking support for, I aim to provide a caring, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to open up at your own pace.
