I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar with a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the
University of New South Wales, a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours 1) from
Charles Sturt University, and a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of
Technology, Sydney.
I have experience providing individual and group therapy in private and non-for-profit
settings. I have worked with children, families, adolescents, and adults with a range of
presentations including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders,
neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma-related presentations, perfectionism, low self-
esteem, relationship concerns, adjustment difficulties, and emotional dysregulation. I have
also worked with people across the lifespan with disabilities and co-occurring mental health
concerns and their support networks.
I take an individualised approach with each client and draw from several evidence-based
therapeutic modalities in treatment planning including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and
Motivational Interviewing.
I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative, warm, supportive, and safe space for my clients
to embark on their therapeutic journey. I prioritise empowering clients to improve their
mental health and well-being by capitalising on their strengths and values, developing their
self-understanding, and building their skills and coping strategies to reclaim control and
responsibility over their lives.
